In celebration of our newly-published Wholesale Meat Guide for Small Meat Processors, NMPAN is hosting two webinars to take deeper dives in some of the more complex topics. In this webinar, “NMPAN Guide to Wholesaling Meat: Pricing & Margins”, Kathryn Quanbeck (formerly of NMPAN, currently with Stemple Creek Ranch) will be joined by Tom Richards of Richards Regenerative, who will discuss some of the theory and practice behind:

  • pricing your products
  • what to expect regarding margins – who will add them, how much and how will it affect my net profit?
  • how to balance high margin and low margin items

This will be a lively discussion, with an open mic for NMPAN community members to ask questions, share their experiences and learn out loud.
